This is a very important opportunity for residents and the wider community to meet with senior CoL committee members to discuss the Mais House redevelopment.

The agenda will include discussion around the consultation process, density, site constraints, special character of the area, parking, impact on local infrastructure etc.

150 new flats and 12 houses. 550 new residents. Where is the plan for infrastructure and amenities to support them?

With buildings up to nine stories tall this will hugely impact the local landscape, and very close to Elliot Bank school. With loss of nature around Otto Close

Please do not allow them to do this!!

We need new housing in London desperately though !

The City of London plan to submit their application in mid-November, the latest estimate is for 115 units and 8 storeys in height.
The latest plans and comments board are now online. As the development will have a big impact on Sydenham Hill, Kirkdale and the surrounding area, local residents are invited to add their views:
