Calling all tennis players who are interested in improving mobility, aiding recovery, finding focus, and increasing their body awareness.
Starting this Saturday 4th August at 10.30-11.45am at Sydenham Tennis Club (Lawrie Park Road), I am running a 5 week Yoga Foundations for Tennis course, bringing the benefits of a Yoga practise to your tennis. We will break down elements of a dynamic Vinyasa practise, including stretching, strengthening, twisting, and breathing, to directly support your game.
£45 for the full course, which will bring the most benefit, with drop-ins also available, at £10.
Open to all, including beginners, and you do not need to be a Club member to attend.
