28 Oct '19

Do you have a toddler under 5? Want to help them get into reading? Need ideas on how to make reading and learning more exciting and fun? In this course we will spend five weeks reading and exploring the concepts around the very popular storybook ‘Owl Babies’ by Martin Waddell. This book is recommended by many early years practitioners. You will get to take part in the activities alongside your toddler with some great bonding activities. We will use arts and crafts, drama and sound/music activities to help bring the story to life. The activities will encourage your toddlers to use their imaginations, be more creative and help them become emerging readers and writers. The activities will vary according to each child’s age and abilities meaning everyone will be included in every lesson.
