The Police have been made aware that a man has been seen frequently over the past year in the Sydenham hill area. The man is usually fully or almost fully naked and touching himself intimately. He is described as about 25yrs, light skinned Black and about 6 ft 1ins, slim build. He usually runs away when he is confronted. If you see him (usually around 1am) please call the Police immediately
