Demolition of existing shop at 30 & 30 A Sydenham Road SE26 and construction of a part single/part 4 storey building to provide a retail unit (Use Class A1) on the ground floor and 3 two bedroom and 3 one bedroom self-contained dwellings on the upper floors, together with provision of bicycle and refuse storage.

Gosh, that’s a big ask. Right next to the listed houses, and would block the view of these iconic landmarks. I would be happy for the existing building to be replaced by another single storey structure, but and higher and it would need a really inspired architect. #sydenham
