Over 50s meet ups and activities?

Hi my Dad lives in Sydenham Hill and is looking for local over 50s groups to meet new people in the area. Can you advise on any please?

I’d suggest you also post on SE23.Life as there’s a lot more footfall (click fall?) on there. I hope your dad finds some company.

TNG youth centre on Wells Park Road used to do film screenings aimed at older people. I don’t know if they still do, but it might be worth dropping in and asking them. They don’t reply to emails.

There are also lots of local groups like The Wildlife Trust, U3A, reading and walking groups and the Sydenham Society that he could get involved with, depending on his personal interests.
