Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to recommend Fausto, who is a lovely local yoga teacher and is doing a weekly Saturday class at 11am at St George’s Church on Vancouver road. You may know him from Forest hill pools.
I know there are so many yoga options out there, but he offers a well rounded, fairly dynamic class open to all and at a reasonable price. Flyer with details below .
