I am a Property Manager (living in SE23) with over 5 years industry experience looking to support any local landlords with their property management/maintenance needs.

I have my own team of trusted & insured tradesmen (Plumber, Electrician, Removals, Handyman ect) and have extensive knowledge of all recent Legislation changes relating to Gas and Electrical testing in rental properties and Energy rating requirements.

I am able to offer the same level of Property Management service as shop fronted Estate Agents for a fraction of the price due to not having an office!

Available services include:

• Periodic Inspections (including Check-In and Check-Outs)
• Rent Collection (including chasing for non/late payment of rent)
• Maintenance issues taken care of by a trusted and insured tradesman (quote to be approved by landlord prior to works taking place)
• HMO Applications
• Annual Gas Safety Check carried out
• Cleaning (periodic)
• Ensure property meets new rental legislation (with regards to EICR’s & EPC’s)
• Tenancy Agreement Renewal negotiations (including contract)
• First point of contact between landlord and tenant
