Ah yes I noticed it only last night walking past. Too dark for pictures.
Also shop which used to be fig & pistachio was being painted inside so perhaps something else new opening.
Will have to pop in for a cupcake soon
Edit: seen other thread 're Vietnamese street food. Perhaps the other shop I saw being fitted out

Really lovely jolly people at Icy Cakes. Everything looks amazing - very hard to choose, but the banana cake is delicious.
