Incident near Forest Hill Library involving motorcycle thieves

Reported anonymously to us:

Someone has had their motorcycle stolen in or around SE26 as the van stopped outside my house and threw a lock clearly cut by an angle grinder under my car.

it was thrown from a white transit van with a orange beacon. Also a blue Renault was with them speaking to them.

It has been reported to police and I do have a crime ref if anyone needs it.
