Drivers who leave cars idling while stationary will be fined £60

Interesting and, basically in agreement. But the integral Satnav in my car needs to be reset every time I restart the engine - which is inclined to take the eye off the road at critical junctions…any suggestions?

I just hope this new initiative is enforceable.
