Terrible to hear a young lad has been stabbed outside the post… My wife and kids were returning from WHSmiths and saw police trying to revive the lad who was clearly in poor shape… Too close to home and so very sad…

Just awful. Glad there are witnesses and cctv. Too much of this is happening. Hoping for this poor boy and thoughts are with his family. This is quite near to my girls school and is such a worry
Update - the boy is in a stable condition.
That is good news.
We need our police officer numbers reinstated ASAP. The disgraceful cuts by Mrs May and co mean there is little deterrent or community police presence any more. Things will just get worse until they put this right.
